Increased weight  result in many types of heart diseases, make person suffer from obesity ,high blood pressure, high cholesterol, muscle and joint pain ,etc. It is essential for everyone who is overweight to have a proper weight management plan .However, most of the time people stop eating food and try to reduce their weight without any proper strategy. Some things which should be avoided to get a healthy and balanced life are advised here. Change your eating habits .It is advised not to go for any harsh dieting course. They may ask you to reduce food intake but the best thing is to eat healthy and nutritious diet which can supply a sufficient amount of vitamins to your body. Don’t stay away from eating essential nutrients required for your growth. Don’t plan to reduce weight in few days or weeks .No one is going to do miracle on your body. Try to adopt a long-term strategy and keep patience .Talk to your physician and ask him/her to prepare a proper diet chart for you. He may advise you to do work out and be determined enough to do it regularly.Never go to gym or exercise empty stomach .You can either take digestive snacks or a glass of juice to get some energy .Proper sleep is must to keep you relaxed from everyday stress. Eat balanced diet full of carbohydrates, fats, protein, calcium, vitamins and essential nutrients. To live healthy life,eat low-fat diet.
