Vitamin C supplements can minimise the uric acid within the body. Eat vegetables with vitamin C, but avoid citrus fruits and vegetables.
- Bakery items
All the bakery items like cakes, pastries, and donuts contain saturated fats. These saturated fats and the sugar increase the level of uric acid.
Cherries are the best fruit to minimize uric acid. During a gout attack, you should take 30 to 40 cherries within an hour. It will stabilize your uric acid and you will eliminate the painful situation.
